Well well well!!!! Sorry for the longgg pause..very busy with them. Now they are already 1 year and 6 months!!

My PCOS PREGNANCY JOURNEY

Hi, i have PCOS, and wanna share my pregnancy journey...
(5 years of trying to conceive)

Since high school i had irregular period.. sometimes it was delayed 4-5 months.. After marriage, i realise i couldnt get pregnant.. Went for check up, dr said i have PCOS. Atleast 30 eggs on each side.. But all small immature..

So i did 12 cycles of clomiphene. FAILED! Did 2X HSG, my left fallopian tube blocked! So dr suggested me go for IVF. No point for IUI because of 1 tube blocked, probability to succeed is low.

So i went for IVF 3 TIMES!! The 3rd was successful. (1st & 2nd same dr, 3rd was different dr)

I realised im still overweight.. my height is 165cm n weight 77kg. Which is not too much, u can say but for PCOS it is negative factor.
Only until my 3rd IVF, i lost lot of weight and changed my lifestyle.

For my ideal BMI i needed to be 55-60 kg.. (but at 61kg i did look like lizard already)
I managed to lost 16kg altogether, from 77kg to 61kg last year to prepare my body and balance my hormones.

No even tiny cake u can put in ur mouth!!! No any sweet drinks!! Just plain water!!!! With balanced diet..
I REALLY3 TRY MY BEST!!! DICIPLINE!!! (since i already spent RM 20K !!!)

The only reason why i was trying to lose weight is to
CREATE BABY.. (especially from my own body) huhuhu..

With my condition its not an easy task.. My plan was if my 3rd IVF fail, i plan to take for adoption <3

1 year after the weight lost, my periods and PCOS were stabilised.. and finally i became pregnant (with ivf treatment too)

The suppliments i was on :

T. Metformin one tab 3x daily (for pcos),
Inositol powder (for pcos),
T. Melatonin (quality of eggs, balancing hormones),
Multivitamin with folic acid & DHA,
T. N-acetyl-cystein (NAC)
C. COQ10

ALL APPROVED BY MY DOCTOR

* One year after that, PREGNANT & TRIPLETS*

< With 2 ivf babies & 1 natural baby >

(2 embryos transferred, but why 3? Dr said the most probably one embryo split, it means I'll have 2 identical babies.. But after the birth, i had 3 babies with 3 different faces!!!
It proved one of them is a natural baby)

Because that night me & my husband "tried" to increase our chances..

Thanks God the triplets pregnancy went smoothly until 35 weeks 2 days.

Now after birth, i have lost my weight from 90kg to 68kg..
To lose more weight is not easy, take strong self discipline n courage..

What i can advice is -

LOSE YOUR WEIGHT!!!
TAKE SUPPLIMENTS!!!
DON'T TAKE ANY SWEET DRINK OR FOOD!!!
DRINK MORE WATER!!!

Only u yourself can help yourself..if u want baby, u make an efford!!
in case u tried all above and still can't pregnant nevermind.. atleast u try..

POSITIVE PREGNANCY!!!!

Ahooooiiiii!!

6 days after 5 DAY embryo transfer (11DPO) my pregnancy test showing slightly positive!! I don't believe it must be false positive result. I hate the feeling of hoping so much. Even my husband can't believe it is real - the line was so thin at that time.

My 1st test! 

Lines getting thicker and thicker!! OMG!!!!!

I realise the result becoming more and more thick!! and i starting to believe that i PREGNANT!!!!!!

              OMGGGG!!! REALLY???!! BABY INSIDE ME????? NO WAY NO WAY!!!!!!!!

So we went for blood test Beta-HCG at Hospital Pantai, Manjung.

 19/06/17 -   286 IU 

        20/06/17 -      461.74 IU

    23/06/17 -  2081 IU

12DPO/7DP5D - 12 days pass ovulation & 7 days pass 5 days embryo transfer

These numbers were very high, make us thinking maybe something is wrong, maybe molar pregnancy or something like that. Even if its a twin pregnancy (what we hoped for) it should not be so high.

I remember I told my husband I can feel the 'nyut nyutt' feeling in my uterus. Feels like a little stretch like weird. After blood test we did scan with Dr Aida Hospital Anson Bay Medical Center.

She stated thats TWINS!!!!!!!!!

U CAN SEE THE SMALL BLACK DOT ON LEFT AND RIGHT!!!!!!!!

AND IM JUST SPEECHLESS!!
(actually both me and my husband we saw for a while 3 dots there, but dr, said no, impossible, its a twin)

Looking at my hubby face. He smiling. What we need is only one baby! But WE GET TWIN!!!! And also confirm why the HCG result numbers were so high.

YuhOOOOOO!!!

After scan, hubby told me not dont hope so much, because anything can happen... many early twin pregnancies end up as singleton , and im like watever!!! im happy!!!!!!

Hi all just nak share.. I since skolah lagi mmg period xteratur.. Sometimes 3-4 bulan xdtg.. Time tu xtau pape lg biarkan je.. Sampai da kawen pun x pregnant.. So i p jumpa gynea.. Comfirm ada PCOS many eggs but immatured, so start la clomifine sampai 12 cycles.. Still x pregnant. SSG scan buat my left fallopian tube blocked. So dr x suggest pun for IUI sbb no point.. Asyik2 tempat yg block tu telur matang n cantik. Sblh pula sebaliknya.

Dr suggest i buat IVF di ipoh. Sunfert fertility centre. 2x buat failed. So something wrong!

I try to lost my weight dari 77kg to 61kg
(setahun juga tu)

Mmg bersungguh2 la nak pregnant duit byk da kuar.. So i start makan supplements. 

 I start

Atleast setahun lps tu my follicles boths side semakin kurang n cantik.

So after tat kita buat ivf di KL fertility centre. 2x ganda mahal dr sblm ni. 2 embryos dimasukkan. End up i pregnant TRIPLETS! 2 baby dari IVF 1 baby from natural. Never expect i will get one natural baby!! (me n hubby had sxx during that ivf)
Dr kata mungkin split eggs. Means 2 babies muka sama. TAPI lepas keluar babies semua muka lain2.. Tu la prove sorang lagi natural baby.. Hehehe

Berkat sebab lost weight dan supplements!!!!

So my advice yg ada PCOS wanna get pregnant tu, disiplin diri tu.

PLEASE LOSS WEIGHT.

MAKAN METFORMIN +SUPPLEMENTS

Tukar diet anda. Jgn minum coffee, jgn minum minuman manis, air masak sahaja, makan supplements yg betul. Jgn mkn product yg bukan2.. U never know it will worsen ur condition.

My advice, IVF yg berpuluh ribu takkan membantu jika kita tak membantu diri sendiri..
Tetapi jika masih juga x pregnant, tu rezeki dari Tuhan. Banyak2 bersabar.. Stay positive <3

After visits with Dr Aida (Anson Bay Medical Center) i still feel unsatisfied. So i drive far to Hospital Pantai, Manjung for scan wit Dr Chandran. Very friendly Doctor, funny (he have beautiful yet funny laugh). We really like him.

DR: ''So, u have 1st here, 2nd here, and third here''.
ME: ''Wait!! what??!! DR u mean triplets??!!''.
DR: ''Yes 100% sure''.
ME:'' no way!! no wayyy!!!!! ''

*while lookin at my husband n my husband also looking at me with the biggest eyes ever*
(I feel wanna collapses, feel the overwhelming of confusing feeling)

WAW! WAW! What else can i say. Theres 3 babies inside me?
Is this the feeling of having triplets?
HAHAHAHA!! All i can do is laughing!

I understand that triplets brings so much risk. Risk for themselves and me!!
I confused, should i feel sad or should i feel happy?

EMBRYO TRANSFER 3RD IVF

Hello again!!

This is face one day after OPU! Ovarian Pick-Up

A month after OPU, they scheduled me for Embryo Transfer on 12/06/2017.

I remember how excited I was that time. U know putting 'babies' inside me and it will grow.

I didn't give 100% hope to this IVF. I know it might fail again as before. This time what I was  thinking - 'whatever', no stress too much about it and don't expect anything
.

Dr Prasant did show the 2 embryos to my husband in a 2nd room. He noted that both looks okay. I know its not perfect.. but whatever.... This time we have at least 5 day embryos - blastocysts - which even if low quality, have much higher chances to implant, compare to 3 day embryos.

My Triplets Journey Part 2

Hello there!
Sorry if it took so long to post the successful part. Im quite busy running around for millions scans.

Well, did my 3rd IVF/ICSI with Dr Prashant Nadkarni at KL Fertility Center.
He is simple, quiet and fast thinking person. No jokes were made during the 1st visits. Its feel quite awkward if compare to other O&G Dr. In my heart saying "i hope he doing good job even-tho not so friendly". U know some Dr full of empty talk, looks sweet but result ZERO!

1st visit was January 2017. That time i still having light bleeding from previous IVF DR Tham.
So he advised me to take pills to stop bleeding. So he want to see me on my next period  (Day 2). But he not available. So they ask me to come for next period which fall on  07/02/17 Tuesday 2 pm.

So he start me short antagonist protocol. First injection GONAL F 150 iu. Continue taking everyday and DAY 10 i start injection ORGALUTRAN on 08/03/17 - to prevent ovulation and allow follicles to grow optima size.
I completed the cycle with SUPREFACT (buserelin) at 10 pm (exactly 36 hours before OPU)

OPU done on 16.03.2017.
I was under propofol sedation.
Never expect i could dissapear from the room. Last time i saw they injecting me with 10 mls white liquid Propofol but until 5mls im 'gone'. Open my eyes feels dizzy, feel light, feel happy and i ask the nurse there.
ME: ''are they still doing the OPU?''
NURSE: ''Oh madam finished already''
ME: ''what? so fast ahh?? i just close my eyes?!!
NURSE: ''No madam it already 30 minutes ago, u take rest okay. Once u feel better can go back''. *with sweetest smile*

And i turn right saw my hubby. Smiling there. Starting take my photo n laughing. Calling me high. hahahaha!!

My blood pressure was low too..

1ST & 2ND IVF/ICSI

MY TRIPLETS JOURNEY PART 1

I have been trying to conceive for quite a long time. 5 years? yeah!
I'm 26 years old. Never pregnant before.
I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome ) & left fallopian tube blockage. I did HSG ( Hysterosalpingogram ) twice, but with the same result.. It was the WORST PAIN ever!! They gave me some painkiller, but nah it wasn't working.
Altogether did IVF treatment 3 times! Spent almost RM 60 K!!!!

Last year 2016 :

1st I start with Dr Aida from Anson Bay Medical Centre, Teluk Intan, Perak. Ovulation induction - 12 cycles with  clomiphine 100 - 150 mg per day. FAILED! Feel very dissapointed... So she suggested me go to meet Dr Tham for IVF treatment.


1st IVF done with Dr Tham, Sunfert Fertility Centre, Ipoh.
FAILED! 2nd IVF FAILED TOO!
Almost RM 30K spend.

This is a patients file from Sunfert! I always love this.. imagine my daughter could look like her.. Very good marketing strategies ahh u bastard! hehe..




25/03/2016 - 1ST IVF

I remember how the first IVF gives me so much hopes. Collected 18 eggs. Unfortunately, during OPU my husbands sperm count was ZERO due to some infection and they didn't freeze previous sample, as all look OK before. So, all the eggs needed  to be  discarded! They didn't have some special liquid to freeze these eggs!! RM 15K HANGUS!!!

I suggest u guys to make sure those clinic have this liquid to freeze egg before done ur IVF. Or check your sperm prior ET and let it freeze as backup in case on the OPU day something like this happen.

02/08/2016 - 2ND IVF

Okay, the 2nd IVF same stories. FAILED!
But this time, collected 11 eggs.
After 2 months treating my husbands with a strong antibiotics for prostatitis infection, but it was working and it started improving!!
Even Dr Tham said my husband is a Robin Hood now soon will be Superman! LOL! Thanks God it was temporarily problem and it did improved.

During the 1st embryos transfer, I pray so hard so my babies could stuck n grow there.. 2 Embryo transferred.
After 1 week+ I did UPT - result negative. After so many test (15 maybe) I accepted the failure.

Then, 3 months later 2nd transfer with 2 embryos, after a week UPT NEGATIVE! ;'(

Even tho, the sperms making progress, but the embryos didn't look good. Our embryologists stated that 4 embryos were medium fragmented.

11 EGGS - D3
- 9 Fertilized normally
- 4 Embryos Highly Fragmented : Discarded
- 5 Embryos ( Divided ) - 7 cell & 8 cell  ( 2 embryos ) 15% Fragmented   GRADE B
                                         - 8 cell & 6 cell  ( 2 embryos ) 15% Fragmented   GRADE B
                                         - 7 cell                ( 1 embryos ) 15% Fragmented   GRADE C

- The last one they keep till D5, became a blastocyst, but of a very bad quality so it was discarded.
